this day in crime history: may 10, 1924

On this date in 1924, J. Edgar Hoover was appointed head of the Bureau of Investigation, predecessor to the FBI. Hoover would serve as the agency’s director until his death in 1972.

    Wouldn’t it really great to see ALL the dirt he had on all the politicians during his reign at the FBI?
    (guess we’ll never find out all of it.
    I also wonder how many skeletons he had in HIS OWN closet?
