Martin Kove used to be on Cagney and Lacey (a long time ago), but THIS role was the one that got you to really dislike every fiber of the guy.

I've always believed that it takes a better actor to play a villain than it does to play a hero. For example, everyone fawned over Alan Alda in M*A*S*H*, but Larry Linville (Frank Burns), owned every scene he was in.
