I see that Styx and REO Speedwagon are on tour again this year. Those two bands have been touring together for years. I saw them in early 2001 at the Glens Falls Civic Center. They were also touring with Survivor. Great show. This year they’re touring with Ted Nugent. According to this story in the Albany Times Union, they’ll be returning to the GFCC on April 24th. So the question I’m left with is this: How do I talk the wife into going?

I’d go JUST for HUGENT…been a fan of his since the old Amboy Dukes days (and that’s showing MY age)
You could offer her hearing protection (Ted can get LOUD with the feedback from his amps), or perhaps bribe her with CHOCOLATES and roses (hey, Valentine’s day DOES go a long way, if managed correctly…LOL)
