“Forgiveness is between them and God. It’s my job to arrange the meeting.”
-Creasy (Denzel Washington), Man on Fire (2004)
One of my favorite quotes, and one I would actually use
Definitely a quote-worthy line.
John D.: Oh, yeah…THAT one is a keeper!
Stay safe.
Definitely a classic.
That quickly became my favorite movie of all time. Excellent flick, but the underlying message was the kicker for me.
I still haven’t seen the first adaptation, the one from the 80s that starred Scott Glenn. Going to have to track that one down and watch it someday.
I was not aware there was another version, when you do track it down let me know where you found it, I’d love to watch it.
It was released in 1987 and stars Scott Glenn. I checked Amazon, and it doesn’t look like it’s out on DVD.
Yeah, the Glenn version is good, but not as good as this version. You can still buy and watch it, on this thing called video tape.
Betamax, right?
