On this date in 1989, serial killer Ted Bundy was executed in the electric chair at Florida State Prison. His last words: “I’d like you to give my love to my family and friends.”

The ONLY shame about that execution, was that Bundy was only able to be killed ONCE.
Stay safe out there.
He definitely earned it several times over.
I can honestly say that the book by Ann Rule scared the bejeezus out of me, for years.
It did launch her career. What do you suppose the odds are that an aspiring true crime writer would inadvertently become friends with a serial killer?
